We would like to thank you, our customers, for using our company’s services, and make an announcement regarding some changes to the Company’s Privacy Policy.

The Company views our customers’ personal information as something precious, and we are always doing our best to protect such information.

Please check the revised Privacy Policy and refer to it when using our services.

1. Main Revisions

• (1) Changes in the “Personal information collection” section

• - Due to a change in the service provider, section regarding submitting information to the ethics consultation center was deleted.

• - Due to termination of the service, the section regarding preparation and processing of partners’ lines was deleted

• - Added section regarding personal information for the sake of applications for and dispatch of newsletters

• (2) Changes in the “Purpose of collecting personal information” section

• - Due to a change in the service provider, section regarding consultation with the ethics consultation center and processing results was deleted.

• - Due to service termination, section regarding partner lines was deleted

• - Section regarding reception of applications for newsletters and dispatch of newsletters following application was added

• (3) Changes in the “Entrustment for the processing of personal information”

• - New entrusted company addition: entrustment of the processing of personal information to an external newsletter solution for the sake of the dispatch of newsletters

• - Deletion of entrusted company: Due to termination of entrusted work, In-Comms Corporation was excluded from the entrusted companies

• (4) “Measures for securing safety of personal information”

• - Section regarding “Operation of exclusive department for protecting personal information” was deleted

• (5) “Persons responsible for protecting personal information and contact information”

• - Due to a change of the person in charge, mention of company ethics consultation center and partners line was deleted

• - Unnecessary names were deleted and phrases were edited for smooth expression

First, the Company collects the following personal information for employment applications, inquiries and responses related to employment, and protection and verification of applicants for employment.

- Required information includes: Name, password verification, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender,nationality, academic background (school name, year/month of entering and graduation from school, major, area of study, grade, and graduation status), work experience (company name, duties position, department name, and term),military duties, Korea veterans (if applicable), disabilities (if applicable).

- Optional information includes: Work experience (if not applicable or for recent graduates), qualifications/language studies (types of certificates, levels, scores, and date of certificate)

Second, the Company collects the following personal information for business partnership proposals and applications.

- Required information: Company name, name of applicant, telephone number, email address

- Optional information: Website, fax number

Third, the Company collects the following personal information when submitting information to the ethics consultation center.

- Required information: Name, contact information, email address, password for verification of consultation results (personal information is not collected for anonymous submissions)

Fourth, the Company collects the following personal information to prepare and process partners’ lines.

- Required information: name of proposer, partner (company) name, contact information, email address

2. Time of revision

• - The revised Privacy Policy becomes effective on April 10, 2019

3. Raising objections and inquiries

• - To raise any objections or make any inquiries regarding the revised Privacy Policy content, please contact the customer center and we will be happy to provide you with friendly guidance.

• - If you do not consent to the revised Privacy Policy content, you can request deletion of your information and that we stop our processing of it
