Information related to the collection and use of personal information

NAVER LABS collects the following personal information from companies who wish to establish business partnerhips.
The collected personal information is used only for business partnerships, proposals, and reviews, and is securely managed in accordance with related laws including the ‘Privacy Protection Act.’

  • 1. Personal information to be collected : [Required] Company (institution) name, proposer name, telephone number, email address / [Option] Website address, fax number
  • 2. Purpose of the collection and use of personal information : Confirm with the responsible individual who applied for the business partnership and establish seamless routes for communication
  • 3. Personal information use period: Retain for 3 months after completing the review of the business partnership.
  • 4. Additional information related to the right to refuse the agreement: You have the right to refuse to agree with the collection of the aforementioned personal information. However, if you refuse to agree, your business partnership application may have limited results.

Attention notice

Please register proposal only if you agree with and have reviewed the following conditions prior to suggesting business partnership.

  • Business partnerships and proposals may be rejected due to many reasons including cases where there are similar or identical to businesses currently being internally processed by NAVER LABS, previously suggested businesses by third parties, or businesses with inconsistent directions or conflicting conditions related to the partnership, etc.
  • Your understanding is appreciated as our company will not be responsible for compensation or responses to the proposer regarding the rejection of partnership applications. Please submit business partnership applications excluding for sales secrets or confidential information related to the business proposer or business idea that you feel needs to be protected.
  • Business partnership details or related resources you submit will only be used for the review of the proposed application and are subject to be immediately destroyed if the business partnership proposal is rejected.
